1 lb. spaghetti
1/2 C. margarine
3 Tbsp. minced garlic (can use purchased minced garlic)
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
Cook spaghetti to al dente and drain.
Saut sausage, garlic and broccoli in margarine in a lrg. skillet over med. heat for about 10 min.
Add spaghetti and mix well. Heat thoroughly and serve.
Makes approximately 6 servings.
