Soups for Salads :: Meat Based Soups
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 med. garlic cloves
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans pinto beans, undrained
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 C. onion, chopped
1 can beef broth
1 C. water
2 C. macaroni, cooked
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Brown beef with onion and garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 min., stirring occasionally.
