Taco Macaroni Salad
2 C. uncooked corkscrew macaroni
1 lb. lean lean ground beef
1 (1.25 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix
1/2 C. commercial French dressing
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 C. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 C. chopped green onions
1/2 C. chopped green bell pepper
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions; drain. Rinse with cold water, drain. Chill at least 1 hr..
Cook lean ground beef in lrg. skillet until browned, stirring to crumble; drain off drippings. Stir in taco seasoning and French dressing; cool.
Mix together macaroni, beef mixture and remaining ingredients in a lrg. bowl; tossing well. Serve immediately.
