Seafood Salad Dressing


1 C. low-fat yogurt
1 C. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 C. spicy chili sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Pin. tarragon
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)


Mix together all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Store in refrigerator.


Makes approximately 2 3/4 C..
