Salad Dressings :: Low-Fat Salad Dressing
3 Tbsp. orange juice
3 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. minced green bell pepper
2 Tbsp. minced red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp. drained prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, Mix together all the ingredients; cover and shake well.
Refrigerate, covered, 2-3 hr..
Shake again before servings.
Makes approximately 4 servings.
