Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
\n2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
\n2 tsp. pure maple syrup
\n2 tsp. grainy mustard
\nSalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

In a sm. bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, salt and pepper until \nblended. (Alternatively, Mix together ingredients in a sm. jar, secure the lid and \nshake.)
