Salad Dressings :: Low-Fat Salad Dressing


Ginger Orange Dressing


1/4 C. fresh orange juice
4 tsp. canola oil
1 Tbsp. minced scallions
1 tsp. minced peeled fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


In a sm. bowl, whisk orange juice, oil, scallions, ginger, orange zest, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended. (Alternatively, Mix together ingredients in a sm. jar, secure the lid and shake.)


Makes approximately approximately 1/3 C..
