Salad Dressings :: Low-Fat Salad Dressing
4 C. plain fat-free yogurt
5 oz. blue cheese
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
2 clove garlic cloves
Mince garlic, then mix all ingredients in bowl and pour back into yogurt container.
Refrigerate until needed.
Makes approximately 33 servings - 2 Tbsp. per servings.
