Marinated Beet Salad

2 cans (15 oz. each) sm., whole or sliced beets
1/2 C. white vinegar
3/4 to 1 C. Sugar replacement
*May substitute 18 to 24 packets Sugar replacement
Mix together beets, beet juice, vinegar and Sugar replacement in med. bowl; cover tightly. Chill at least 8 hr. before servings. Drain before servings.
