Super Salad Recipes :: Large Yield Salads
Makes approximately 40-50 servings.
3 lb. lean ground beef
3 envelopes taco seasoning mix
3 heads lettuce, shredded
3 C. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 C. chopped tomatoes
2 C. chopped onion
3 (4 1/4 oz.) cans chopped or sliced ripe olives, drained
2 (15 oz.) cans ranch or chili beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) bag corn chips
1 (16 oz.) bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
Brown beef; drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to pkg. directions. Cool. Toss with remaining ingredients in a lrg. unscented plastic trash bag (or other lrg. container).
