Seafood Pasta Salad


5 lb. imitation crab
10 lb. rotini pasta, cooked
4 C. diced celery
2 C. green onion, minced
1 C. red bell pepper, diced
1 C. green bell pepper, diced
8 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. dill pickle relish
2 Tbsp. dried dill
1/2 C. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper


Cook pasta in salted water, drain and rinse with cold water; drain and cool.


Mix in well the crab, celery, onions and pepper.


Mix together mayonnaise, relish, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix into pasta-crab mixture.


Makes approximately 50 six oz. servings.
