Super Salad Recipes :: Large Yield Salads
3 (3 oz.) boxes raspberry gelatin
2 (3 oz.) boxes orange gelatin
5 C. boiling water
4 (10 oz.) pkg.s frozen sweetened raspberries
1 (20 oz.) jar chunky applesauce
3 C. miniature marshmallows
2 C. whipping cream, whipped
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add raspberries; stir until thawed. Stir in applesauce. Refrigerate until partially set.
Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream.
Pour into two 13 x 9 x 2-in. dishes. Refrigerate until firm.
Servings 32-40.
