1 C. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 1/2 lb. tortellini (any flavor desired), cooked and drained
1 C. red roasted peppers, well drained and cut into thin strips
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
Mix together dressing, cooked tortellini and peppers in a nonstick skillet. Heat thoroughly. Chill. Just before servings, garnish with Parmesan cheese.
Makes approximately approximately 4 servings.
