Minted Pea Salad


1/2 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. sour cream
1/4 C. minced fresh mint
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Dash pepper
3 C. frozen peas, thawed
1 sm. onion, chopped finely


In a bowl, Mix together the first six ingredients; mix well. Add peas and onion; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr..


Makes approximately 4 to 6 servings.
