Quick Meals- Salads and Sandwiches :: Hamburgers
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Rolls
With fork, gently mix beef, 1/2 C. of the French-fried onions, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 burgers. Grill or broil 10 min. or until no longer pink in center, turning once.
Serve on rolls and top with remaining French-fried onions.
