Quick Meals- Salads and Sandwiches :: Hamburgers
1 (15 1/2) oz.) can salmon
1/4 C. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 C. corn flake crumbs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/3 C. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg
2 tsp. horseradish
Mix well. Make into four lrg. or six sm. patties. Grill over a finely meshed grill screen on the barbecue grill or broil fairly far away from the heat in a broiler for about six min. on each side.
Serve on buns. These are delicious!
