Low-Fat and Low-Calorie Recipes :: Gelatin Desserts
1 angel food cake
1 lrg. box cherry gelatin
1 lrg. can cherry pie filling
1 lrg. container Cool Whip
Prepare gelatin according to pkg. directions.
Break cake into sm. pieces into a 9 x 13-in. dish.
When gelatin is partially set, fold in pie filling. Spread gelatin mixture over cake pieces and refrigerate until set.
When ready to use, spread Cool Whip over gelatin and cut into squares to serve.
