Low-Fat and Low-Calorie Recipes :: Gelatin Desserts
4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
1/2 C. cold water
1 C. boiling water
1/4 C. honey
2 (8 oz.) containers fruit-flavored yogurt
In a lrg. bowl, sprinkle Knox unflavored gelatin over cold water. Let stand 1 min. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in honey. With a wire whip or rotary beater, blend in yogurt. Pour into an 8- or 9-in. square pan and chill until firm.
To serve, cut into 1-in. squares.
