Low-Fat and Low-Calorie Recipes :: Gelatin Desserts
1 lrg. box berry blue Jell-O
1 lrg. box red Jell-O, any flavor
4 C. boiling water, divided
2 C. cold water, divided
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed, divided
4 C. angel food cake, cubed
2 C. strawberries, sliced
1/2 C. blueberries
Dissolve berry blue Jell-O in 2 C. boiling water.
In a separate bowl, dissolve the cherry Jell-O in 2 C. boiling water.
Stir 1 C. of cold water into each bowl. Pour into separate 9 x 13-in. pans. Refrigerate at least 3 hr. until firm. Cut into 1/2-in. cubes.
Place blue Jell-O cubes in bottom of clear glass trifle bowl. Top with 1/3 of the Cool Whip. Add cake cubes, then sliced strawberries. Top with another 1/3 Cool Whip. Add the red Jell-O cubes and then the remaining Cool Whip.
Sprinkle blueberries over top.
