Pineapple Walnut Salad
Makes approximately 2 C. (2 servings).
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
1 C. walnuts
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Blend together the pineapple, cream cheese and vanilla extract or flavoring. Stir in nuts. Fold in whipped topping, and chill before servings.
