Melon Mosaic

1 sm. watermelon
1 sm. cantaloupe
1 sm. honeydew melon
1 C. blueberries, raspberries or grapes
2/3 C. sugar
1 C. The Christian Brothers Chateau La Salle Light Wine
1 lime

With sharp knife, cut watermelon into scalloped basket. With a melon scooper, form melons into balls.

Mix together sugar and wine in sm. saucepan; heat to boiling. Add 1 tsp. grated lime rind and squeezed lime juice; cool. Pour over melon balls and other fruit. Chill, covered, several hr.. Serve in watermelon basket. Garnish with mint, if desired.
