Coconut Strawberry Salad

An easy to prepare strawberry fruit salad with the taste of the tropics.

1 qt. strawberries, hulled and qt.ered
Sugar to taste
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 C. flaked sweetened coconut
2/3 C. orange juice

Cut the strawberries into qt.ers and sprinkle them with sugar. Stir to coat and allow to macerate for 30 min. to one hr..

In a glass bowl, mix together strawberries, pineapple, and coconut. Drizzle orange juice over and stir to mix. Refrigerate for at least one hr. before servings. Serve cold.

Makes approximately 6-8 servings.
