Caramel Apple Salad
6 sm. apples, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (8 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 sm. box instant butterscotch pudding
2 C. miniature marshmallows
1/4 C. chopped peanuts
1 carton Cool Whip
Mix all ingredients except Cool Whip together. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
