Apple Peanut Salad

1 C. dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. orange juice
3 C. chopped apples
1 1/2 C. thinly sliced celery
2/3 C. coarse chopped dry roasted peanuts

Blend sour cream, orange peel and juice. Toss with apples, celery and peanut. Chill to blend flavors.

Yield: 5 C. of salad.
