Strawberry Soup

Strawberry lovers will enjoy this recipe!!! And it is so simple to  make!!

1 qt. fresh strawberries, cut and drained very well
 1 C. sour cream
 1/2 C. milk
 1/2 C. ginger ale (Vernor\",s is best)
 6 Tbsp. sugar (or less if strawberries are sweet)
 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
 1 tea. vanilla extract

Put all into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass container and chill. This thickens as it cools. Yummy!!
