Iced Cantaloupe Soup


2 ripe lrg. cantaloupe, peeled,
    seeded and coarsely chopped
1 1/2 C. dry sherry
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. whipping cream
Lrg. pin. sugar
1/8 tsp. cardamom
Blueberries or kiwi slices (for garnish)


Mix together all ingredients except garnish in processor or blender (in batches if necessary) and pure until very smooth. Refrigerate for at least 2 hr..


Serve in chilled bowls. Garnish with blueberries and/or sliced pared kiwi.
