Super Salad Recipes :: Fish and Seafood Salads
3/4 C. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Juice of 1/2 lime
3 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
8 dashes Angostura bitters
1 Tbsp. brandy
Lettuce leaves (for garnish)
1 lb. fresh crab meat, chilled
Mix all ingredients except lettuce leaves and crab meat. Chill. Garnish individual salad plates with lettuce leaves. Gently fold crab meat into sauce mixture and arrange on top of lettuce.
