Recipe for cooking congealed tuna salad

Congealed Tuna Salad


1 sm. box lemon gelatin
3/4 C. hot water
2 C. white tuna, flaked
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. onion juice
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 (2 oz.) can chopped pimento
1 C. diced celery
1 C. chopped pecans


Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 C. hot water. Add remaining ingredients and mix; pour into an 8-in. square dish. Congeal in refrigerator.


Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
