Marinated Artichoke Hearts


1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic salt


Cook artichoke hearts according to pkg. directions. Drain and put into sm. bowl. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over artichoke hearts. Chill at least 2 hr..
