Starters and Snacks :: Finger Foods
Juice of 1 Mexican lime
1/4 to 1/2 lb. jicama, peeled and cut into sticks
4 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. salt
Squeeze lime juice over ice cold jicama sticks just before servings. Mix chile powder and salt and serve in a sm. bowl for dipping with sticks.
Makes approximately approximately 1/4 C. dust.
