14 oz. pitted Kalamata olives, drained
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 lrg. cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
Marinate drained olives in the extra virgin olive oil, garlic and oregano in a covered container for a minimum of 4 hr. - the longer the better.
