Recipe for cooking chicken curry balls

Chicken Curry Balls


4 oz. softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 C. chopped cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. chopped chutney
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. blanched slivered almonds
1/2 C. grated coconut, or more


Mash cream cheese. Add mayonnaise, chicken, curry, chutney, salt and almonds. Mix well and roll into walnut-size balls. Roll in coconut. Chill.


May be prepared a day in advance. Freezes well.


Makes approximately 3 dozen balls.
