2 (3 oz.) jars pimento stuffed olives, drained
2 (3 oz.) jars almond stuffed olives, drained
4 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbsp. dried crushed red pepper
2 tsp. dried cumin
1/2 C. water
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Mix together all ingredients except cilantro in a saucepan; bring to a boil over med. heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Remove from heat; cool. Stir in chopped cilantro. Cover and chill at least 8 hr. or up to one week.
Yield: 2 1/2 C..
