Quick Meals- Salad and Pizza :: Dinner Pizzas
1 (13-in.) uncooked dough crust
1/2 C. pizza sauce or tomato sauce
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
Thin pepperoni slices
Top dough crust with sauce and cheese. Drizzle with oil. Bake in preheated 500 degree F oven on pizza stone for 8 to10 min. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven, add pepperoni slices and cool on a wire rack for 2 or 3 min. before cutting into wedges and servings.
