Quick Meals- Salad and Pizza :: Dinner Pizzas
1 avocado, peeled, sliced
2 lb. tomatoes
6 Tbsp. canned tomato sauce
12 oz. low-fat mozzarella cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 C. chopped fresh basil
1/2 C. diced green bell peppers
1/2 C. sliced mushrooms
2 (10 oz.) pkg.s frozen pizza dough
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Follow directions for use of pizza dough. Place all ingredients on pizza, with the exception of the avocados. Bake in a preheated 325 degree F oven on a rack or baking sheet for approximately 20 min.
Makes approximately 2 servings.
