Snicker Bar Apple Salad

1 lrg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 C. milk
1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 lrg. apples, unpeeled, cored and diced
6 (2.15 oz.) Snickers candy bars, chilled and sliced fairly thin
Green or red seedless grapes (optional)
