2 Tbsp. Grape-Nuts cereal or raisins
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 pkg. unsweetened hot chocolate
1 1/2 or 2 Tbsp. water
Mix in bowl and shape into a bar and freeze an hr. or more.
