4 egg whites, whipped
1/2 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
1/2 C. cocoa powder, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. flour
1 C. Marshmallow Creme
Preheat oven at 325 degrees F. Prepare a 9 x 13-in. pan with cooking spray and flour.
In a mixing bowl, Mix together baking powder, cocoa/carob powder, salt and flour.
In another mixing bowl, Mix together egg whites, sugar, vanilla extract or flavoring and Marshmallow Creme.
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Bake for 18 min.
