Pina Colada Fruit


1 (8 oz.) cartons fat-free plain yogurt
1 pkg. fat-free vanilla pudding
1/2 C. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. coconut extract or flavoring
1 tsp. rum extract or flavoring
1 C. fat-free Cool Whip
Bite-size pieces fresh fruits (pineapple,
    strawberries, kiwi, grapes, etc.)


In a med. bowl blend yogurt and pudding mix; stir in pineapple and extract or flavorings. Fold in whipped topping. Cover; refrigerate until servings time.


Serve with fruit dippers.


5 (1/2 C.) servings - 2.16 WW points per servings


Fruit Dippers: Use 1 C. or more cut fresh fruit to dip into the dip for 1 WW point per C. of fruit.
