Low-Fat Caramel Apple Cobbler

3 points per servings - Makes approximately 8 servings


10 oz. frozen apple slices
2 Tbsp. apple juice
1/2 C. fat free caramel topping
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 C. unbleached flour
1/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Cool Whip Free


Thaw apples. In med. glass bowl, Mix together apple juice and caramel topping. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 2 min., stirring twice during cooking. Add apples and lemon juice, stirring until coated; set aside.


In med. bowl, Mix together flour, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Microwave, uncovered on HIGH for 7 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle apple mixture with additional cinnamon. Chill for 1 hr..


Top with Cool Whip just before servings.
