3 C. frozen vanilla yogurt
3/4 C. 1% low-fat milk
1/2 C. applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 C. caramel topping
Place the yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and topping in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 6 glasses. Serve immediately.
Makes approximately 6 glasses - 4 WW points per servings
