Blueberry Bread Pudding

8 white bread slices
1 C. blueberries
2 C. skim milk
1 C. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
1/3 C. sugar
1/3 C. Splenda
1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
1/4 tsp. cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the bread cubes in the bottom of a lightly greased 8-in. square baking pan; sprinkle with the blueberries and set aside.


In a lrg. bowl Mix together the milk, Egg Beaters, sugar, vanilla extract or flavoring and cinnamon; pour over the bread mixture. Set the pan in a lrg.r pan filled with 1 in. of hot water.


Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hr. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
