Quick Meals- Salad and Pizza :: Dessert Pizzas
1 (12-in.) Boboli Pizza Crust
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
8 oz. brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1/2-in. cubes
3/4 C. whole cranberry sauce (canned)
1/2 C. pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 450F.
Brush Boboli crust with extra virgin olive oil. Spread cubes of cheese on the crust. Place cranberry sauce in a sm. bowl, stir to break up pieces. Spoon sauce by tsp.ful evenly over cheese. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake 8 min., then cut into wedges.
Makes approximately 16 wedges.
