Old Smoothie Coleslaw


1 lb. cabbage
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. lemon juice
3/4 C. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 C. grated carrots
1/2 C. diced green bell pepper


Place shredded cabbage in a very lrg. bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Toss until mixed. Cover and chill for 30 min.


Mix lemon juice and mayonnaise in a sm. bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add carrots and green bell pepper. Toss to mix well.
