Super Salad Recipes :: Coleslaw
1/2 C. light mayonnaise
1/4 C. light sour cream
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 C. crumbled blue cheese of choice, or more to taste
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 (16-oz.) bag already-shredded cabbage cole slaw mix, or thinly
sliced green cabbage for about 6 to 7 C.
In a sm. bowl, make a dressing by mixing together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, water, sugar, blue cheese and black pepper. Whisk well.
Place the cabbage in a med. servings bowl and add the dressing, tossing to coat well. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hr. before servings.
