Cole Slaw


40% calorie reduction from traditional recipe


1 sm. head cabbage (1 lb.), thinly sliced
1/2 C. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 C. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento or red bell pepper
1/2 C. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. canola oil
1/2 C. Sugar replacement
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper


*May substitute 12 packets Sugar replacement


Mix together cabbage, green bell pepper, onion and pimento in med. bowl.


Whisk together remaining ingredients. Toss dressing and vegetable mixture to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hr. to allow flavors to blend.
