Super Salad Recipes :: Coleslaw
3 C. green cabbage, finely shredded
3 C. red cabbage, finely shredded
1 C. firmly packed cilantro leaves, minced
1/4 C. Mexican lime juice
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cuminseed
Salt and pepper
In a lrg. nonreactive bowl, mix cabbages, cilantro, lime juice, water, honey and cumin seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
