Scarlet Bisque


3 C. tomato juice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. onion powder


In a 3-qt. saucepan Mix together all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.


Serve with chopped scallion or snipped chives. Makes approximately 6 to 8 servings.
