Soups for Salads :: Chowders and Bisques
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp. dill
1/4 C. dry sherry
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can tomato bisque soup
1 1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. cooked white boneless fish, shrimp or lobster
Mix together soup and dill in saucepan. Gradually add milk, sherry and fish. Simmer and stir until hot. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
