Soups for Salads :: Chowders and Bisques
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 C. chopped onion
4 C. milk
2 C. grated American cheese
1 C. hash brown potatoes
1 tsp. black pepper
In a saucepan brown the beef and onions; drain.
In a lrg. saucepan stir milk and cheese over med. heat until boiling. Turn to simmer and add beef mixture, hash browns and pepper. Simmer for 20 min.
